We offer our services 24 hours per day every day, all over Crete and we offer special discounts to our Internet clients.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Driver`s age: At least 21 year`s old.
2. Driver`s licence: The driver`s licence must be issued at least 12 months before the date of rental.
3. Terms of payment: The renter obligates to pay the full amount of the rental price in advance, either in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD).
4. Rental period: At least 24 hours, without a limit of kilometers.
5. INSURANCE: The renter may choose between two kinds of insurance, Plain or full.
a)Plain insurance covers material damages,physical damages or death only to third persons.
b)Full insurance(CDW) covers any damage caused to our company`s car, by the legal renter.
-Damages caused by fire or theft.
-Full insurance covers the passengers for physical damages or death. -It covers the driver for physical damages or death. -It covers the damages caused in tires and the break of car windows.
6. The fuel consumed during the rental period is at renter`s expense.
7. Free car delivery and collection.
8. 24hours road service.
9. Ferrying our car, can only take place after a written authorization by OSCAR CAR.
10. All traffic fines, results of violations of the greek traffic law, are at renter`s expense.
11. All prices include: taxes 19% VAT.
12. Åquipment:
OSCAR CAR provides the renter with baby seat and roof rack, on request.
