Athina Luxury Villas is a complex of luxury villas that have been built in an extraordinary natural environment of 8 acres surrounded by lavish greenery, in Ksamoudochori, really close to the tourist resort of Platanias in the picturesque city of Chania. Each villa has its own private pool, a barbecue, vast gardens and large verandas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 6 persons in their wonderful, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail. Villa Rodia is a luxurious construction that offers unique services and conveniences to its guests. The villa has a private pool, a stone barbecue and spacious sitting areas around the pool as well as a wooden kiosque with a large table and benches for evening moments of relaxation with view to the ocean.
The villa has been decorated with exquisite lavishness and apart from the central heating system offering hot water all through the day, is also fully air-conditioned and has two beautiful fireplaces made of stone, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
