IASON STUDIOS
Iason Studios is a small family business and includes five studios in a two-storey building with private bathroom, kitchen facilities, and balcony.
The building was renovated originally in 1999 and then in 2005 and is situated on the west side of the old town, in the quiet area of Topanas, with no traffic, just a few meters from the old Venetian harbour where you can find most of the historical sites of the city of Hania as well as many places for entertainment.
A major pole of attraction is the old city, with the old Venetian harbour. On the west side, the castle of Firkas, where the Naval Museum lies. (This is the area of IASON STUDIOS.) On the opposite side of the harbour, the Venetian arsenals (shipyards) of the 16th century. There are also other Museums, Exhibitions, Nightlife and Shops. The town never stops to amaze you!
As a matter of fact, November to March rates are negotiable-according to number of persons and length of stay - because its quite often to have longer renters during winter time.
So we have a different arrangement in that case, with a major 50% discount per month. This is a usual policy for us, since there are many people -like arists from abroad or even many Greeks - that choose to stay in Hania for the wintertime.
The units are in the same building, so theyre ideal for a group of friends or families. Nevertheless, they may be let out separately, as each unit has all the necessary equipment -even hair dryers- to make your stay most comfortable.
Since the studios have been restored by the owners themselves, they have warmth, relaxed atmosphere, nothing like impersonal hotel rooms. So, youll find have everything to make you feel at home: a friendly - family atmosphere!
It is important to mention that you will be provided with any kind of information you may need, as the owners know so many details about the prefecture of Hania and West Crete in general. So, you can easily find your way to sunny beaches, clear waters, very busy or isolated places, and even high mountains with a breathtaking view.
