My husband and I stayed a few years ago and came back to return to the same place after our first pleasant experience. It is wonderful because it is so quiet, clean, hospitable, right near to the beach, near to restaurants, tavernas and mini-markets (walking distance). The room is like a small house/apartment as you feel comfortable, cozy and relaxed, not like the typical hotel. Each apartment door has its own entrance to its apartment so this cuts down on any outside noise such as a hotel hallway with many people coming in and out of doors and being able to hear that all times a night. Peace and quiet is our main reason not to choose hotels so we really feel at home at Villa Naias. The staff is very nice and professional, the apartments are beautifully decorated, the rates are very good, and this is where we will always stay when we come to Crete.
