Welcome to Archos Villa
Archos villa is a luxurious and beautiful villa situated by the village of Agia Triada (500m), 12 Km away from Rethymno and 4 Km from the sea.
It is surrounded by a large ground of 7000 sqm with olive trees, a typical Cretan vineyard and many trees which give delicious biological fruits such as apricots, plums, lemons and oranges. A private pool (approx 40 sqm ) is attractively located in the garden in front of the house. There are sunbeds around the pool where someone can relax and enjoy the marvelous views over the distant Cretan Sea.
The villa is 200 sqm in size with 4 bedrooms suitable for up to 8-10 people.
A very well equipped kitchen is positioned on the raised ground floor, with full electric cooker, microwave oven, dish washer and a door that leads to beautiful backyard with a covered barbecue area and a wood burning oven. From the kitchen one reaches the living area with a dining table, comfortable seating, open fire place, TV and DVD player. A beautiful view over the pool, the olive groves and the distant sea make the covered terrace, outside the living area, an ideal spot for dining.
On the same floor there are also a big shower / WC e and a bedroom with twin beds. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where two more bedrooms are situated. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is a big terrace on this floor where someone can enjoy the amazing panoramic view up to Akrotiri peninsula in Chania in west and up to Psyloritis Mountain in the east. Further to this a big bathroom with jacuzzi is offered for relaxing moments.
The 4th bedroom is positioned in the semi basement with a separate shower/WC, a kitchen and a living area with a fire place and a door that leads right to the pool. Each floor provides an independent system of central heating. There are some shops about 2Km away in the village of Adele, while a large choice of Tavernas and bars can be found in Platanias about 3,5 Km which is a place well known for night-life. The villa is perfect for visitors who are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and full equipped place, set in wonderful surroundings, car hire is essential.
There are 4 bedrooms and the villa is suitable for up to 8 persons. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, with double bed and twin beds which share a spacious bathroom/WC with bathtub and Jacuzzi and a big terrace with panoramic views.
On the lower level there is also a bedroom with double bed and a shower/WC with access to the main living room.
The last bedroom is situated on the ground floor where there is a spacious living/rest room with fireplace, dining table, shower/WC and access to the swimming pool.
In all the bedrooms there are 2 pillows for each guest and anatomic mattresses with ISO certifications. After all a good night sleep is what counts.
