WINE CENTER OF CRETE is a platform that hosts all the wineries of Crete. It gives you the opportunity to taste wines
from the entire terroir, emphasizing at all local varieties.
Provides detailed information about the organized wineries of our island (locations, routes, visiting days, domain potential, and much more.
An institution especially dedicated to wine, a result of their passion for it. Their goal is to improve the wine tasting culture and quality of taste.
Choose between three Wine Tasting : 1) Taste wine from 4
different varieties (labels) of bottled Cretan wines that contain
native varieties, or their combinations with international
varieties, from wines produced in Crete. Tasting provides
summary information about the labels being tested. 2) Tasting
2 includes all services provided by tasting will provide you
with detailed information about the labels and is accompanied
by a description of the native wine varieties of Crete and its
combinations or the international varieties of vine grown and vinified in Crete.
3) Tasting 3 includes all services provided by tasting 1 but lasts longer (1h and 30m), including 8 different wine labels. Will also provide with expert
information about the labels, instructions on how to recognize flavors and aromas in each of the wines you taste. In addition, information is given
on the associated wineries, such as: o t h e r l a b e l s a n d varieties, locations, services, etc. You can make an appointment at any time of day,
during the opening hours of Miden Agan Shop.
