Neapolis is a village built in the traditional style and it is in short distance from stations, harbours and airports. For sightseeing you should visit the folklore museum of Neapolis, one of the richer folklore museums of Crete with rich report of types of household, social agricultural and many other activities of passed seasons of region Merampe'loy, the Monastery of Virgin Mary the Vigliotissa, the church of Saint George the Vrahasotis and the Milatou cavern.
